Book Signings

I've not updated this page in quite awhile, life has thrown me a few curve balls the past couple of years, but I'm catching them all now. 

I am excited - so excited.   

I've done a couple of Author Talks in my town this year, and am heading out to do a book tour/signing. 

I'll be in Elk Horn Iowa at the Danish Windmill June 24th at 2 pm with my books for a signing and am finalizing a few more stops along the way.   

And am also finishing off another Danish Cookbook with a few new recipes.  And I gotta say, they're all delicious.    
I'll tell you all about that in another post. 
In the meantime, if you're going to be in Elk Horn or the vicinity, in June for their Danish Celebration, stop on by the Danish Windmill on June 24th at 2 pm and say hej.
