Talks at Libraries

Image
I had so much fun this week, I shared stories, treats and Hygge at two local libraries this week, from my cookbook Hygge - Danish Food and Recipes .

I had a selection of Danish baked goods.
Some Vanilje Kranse or Vanilla Wreaths  The recipe can be found on Page 188 of Hygge.
I made a quick Kringle and shared it.Find it on Page 148 of Hygge
As well as some Brunkager or Ginger Cookies - Page 190 on Hygge- Danish Food and Recipes
I even brought one of my two favorite birthday cakes, a Brunsviger.  Which is also great as a coffee cake. You can find the recipe on Page 170
Here's how it looked.  Brunkager and Vanilla Wreaths and the Brunsviger
I also showed how to set the table, properly
So much fun and I want to say, I am available to come and speak to any group or gathering.

I even sampled some Suncoast Crisps, you can find the recipe on  Page 64 from my new cookbook.  Nibbles and Bites.
These are all available from Amazon.

OK, consider that I've now giving you some notice.

I made some Vanilje Kranse
the other day as well as some Brunkager
for both and for Friday's take I'm also making a Kringle aka Marzipan Stænger.
